Can i return the products i bought ?
We accept exchanges (stock permitting) up to 5 days from the date of receipt of most products. Products on Sale or special gift boxes are not eligible for return.
If you wish to return or exchange an item for any reason, please email us at info@lootlostore.com. The returned product should be in its original packaging and in the same unused and unwashed condition as received.
What if i have received a defective product?
In the event that you receive a defective/damaged product, please reach out to us on info@lootlostore.com and we will resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
How you will issue refund ?
You can choose for a refund for your order if you do not wish to take the replacement. In case the replacement product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery Orders, we will make a transfer to your bank account.
How do i initiate refund ?
Please mail us at info@lootlostore.com to initiate a return. Please mention the following information clearly in the mail:

Order Number:
E-Mail Id (the one provided for placing the order)
Do you arrange for reverse pickups ?
In case of return, customer has to ship that product back to us. Shipping cost will be beard by the customer.
When Will i recieve a replacement/refund ?
Replacement will be shipped after the original item has been received in the warehouse, subject to the following conditions:
The item(s) should be unused, unsoiled and unwashed. The packaging should have the original tags in place. They should be returned within 5 days from the receipt date.
Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
For Prepaid orders refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment made within 7-10 working days.
